Senior Graphics Designer

• Creative Design: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets, including logos, illustrations, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Video Editing: Collaborate with the video editing team to create engaging video content, providing graphic elements, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style guides, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all projects.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating with team members and clients.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and present design concepts that align with their vision.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and industry trends, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant software.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including video editors, writers, and account managers, to achieve project goals.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines, demonstrating a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design deliverables.

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or related field is typically required.
• Experience: 5+ Years of professional experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and demonstrating an understanding of different design styles and media (Print, Digital, Web, etc.,)
• Expertise in Design Software: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring junior designers, Prodiving constructive feedback, leading creative projects from concept to completion.
• Branding & Strategy: A deep understanding of brand identity, marketing principles and user experience (UX) design. The Ability to translate strategic goals into effective visual solutions.
• Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret client needs.
• Creativity & Innovation: A passion for staying current with design trends, technologies and best practices and the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
