Galfar Engineering - Planning Manager

Galfar Engineering is seeking a seasoned Planning Manager to join the team for major Infrastructure Projects in Oman. The ideal candidate must have 15 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling for large-scale Infrastructure Projects, specifically in Roads, Bridges, and Railways.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare Master Budgets (Revisions) for the project under the guidance of the Project Manager/Director.
  2. Prepare and update the site organization chart on a monthly basis.
  3. Prepare and update the Project baseline schedule in P-6.
  4. Prepare, update, monitor, and revise the business plan under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  5. Update the project schedule on a fortnightly basis.
  6. Prepare, maintain, and update the database of resources for the project.
  7. Prepare rolling projections for resources, manpower, and equipment on a monthly basis.
  8. Compile the daily progress report of the project.
  9. Prepare, maintain, and update project documents required for audits.
