Senior Business Analyst

Location: On-site

Starting Salary: $4,000 USD/month

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process management, re-engineering, and Agile product ownership, along with experience working on low-code application projects. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities to support the growth of junior analysts and fresh graduates while driving business efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Management & Re-engineering: Analyze, optimize, and document business processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Product Ownership in Agile Projects: Define and prioritize product backlogs, collaborate with development teams, and ensure business goals align with Agile project delivery.

Low-Code Application Projects: Work closely with development teams to deliver scalable and effective low-code solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into actionable insights.

Leadership & Mentoring: Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to business analysts and junior team members, including fresh graduates.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on business analysis best practices, Agile methodologies, and low-code application development.

Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify business challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in business process management and re-engineering.

Experience as a Product Owner in Agile projects.

Strong understanding of low-code application development.

Ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
