PP Filler Machine Operator

As part of the Production Department, responsible for operating the PP Filler plant and adhering to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set by the organization.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure correct machine settings after receiving the program from the Supervisor.
  • Verify checklists before each startup and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Identify different raw materials from labels/tags and charge raw materials to the silo.
  • Check the quality of the filler.
  • Ensure the exact mixture of raw materials for the filler.
  • Oversee twisting and packaging of the final material.
  • Ensure the final material reaches the store and is placed in the correct location.
  • Coordinate labor handling of the twisting machine.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area.

Job Profile:

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Operational knowledge of extruders is essential.
  • Experience with BUSS/ MTI/ W&P machines preferred.
  • Experience with high-speed PVC pipe extruders.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary Education.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
