We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Manager at Al Hashar. The function is dedicated to leveraging customer data and technology to drive sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive CRM system to capture, analyze, and utilize customer data effectively.
  • Optimizing lead generation, enhancing lead conversion, improving customer retention, enabling data-driven decision-making, and streamlining sales processes.
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified leads.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the CRM system, contact center platform, and other relevant dealership systems to create a unified customer experience.
  • Implement robust data security measures to protect customer privacy and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Senior School Certification with 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems and strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
