As a Principal Recruitment Consultant working in the Oil & Gas sector, you’ll be at the heart of helping companies find the talent they need to shape the future.  You'll partner closely with clients, taking the lead in sourcing top-tier candidates for key roles, all while ensuring a smooth, hiring process. With your expertise in recruitment, you’ll connect passionate professionals with exciting opportunities, making a real impact on the industry. What You’ll Be Doing 

Sourcing Top Talent: Discover, assess, and place highly skilled engineers in senior, permanent positions
Innovative Sourcing: Use creative strategies to grow your talent pool and attract top-tier candidates—Boolean wizardry welcome
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a consistently high-quality talent pool.
Client Management: Manage client relationships with finesse—through visits, calls, and in-person meetings.
Compliance Expert: Ensure adherence to NES Fircroft’s quality standards, national regulations, and specific client requirements.
