Aftersales Manager

Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager and interested in pursuing a new challenge in the Middle East region?

Our client, which represents a prestige passenger car brand has an opportunity following an internal promotion to lead their aftersales department. As Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for a main service centre and an additional facility in Salalah leading a multi-national workforce from Asia and Oman.

Requirements

Currently an Aftersales Manager for at least five years
Passenger car dealership experience with prestige or luxury cars
Promote best aftersales practice
Monitor and appraise employee performance
Middle East experience advantageous
Open to UK Nationals with prestige car brand experience
Excellent hands-on operator driven by performance
Experience of setting the annual budget and monthly Aftersales P&L reporting
Management of operational KPIs
Flexible approach to working in a country where there is a governmental drive to meet local hiring criteria at different levels in your department
Proven experience of liaising with the manufacturer on aftersales mattersThe Package

US$ 78,000 salary package (tax free) plus company car, bonus scheme and expat benefits.
