Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining business applications to support the organization's strategy across various territories.

This role involves working closely with clients on ERP application engagements, including new system implementations, upgrades, and extensions of existing applications. Effective project management, resource allocation, quality control, and testing are crucial skills required for this position.

The focus is on implementing service packs and hot fixes, as well as utilizing various IT tools for multiple locations, aligned with clearly defined business processes and working methods adhering to the organization's framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain business applications and databases to enhance system efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations, requests, and incidents across multiple locations regionally.
  • Implement and/or integrate digital and IT solutions across various channels (stores and online), in collaboration with the business solutions manager and IT project team.
  • Support market expansion projects by configuring and implementing digital and IT solutions across new locations, adhering to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure specialists on system maintenance and resolution of infrastructure issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain high levels of mathematical, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate good practical experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle), system security, retail POS systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
What Equips You for This Role
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an IT analyst in the retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Sound technical and functional knowledge of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, CRM365.
