A coffee shop located within Erbil International Airport in Iraq is seeking an experienced Barista Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-performing coffee shops, such as Starbucks or Costa Café.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of baristas to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies effectively

Salary and Benefits:

  • Total monthly salary: USD 800
  • Free accommodation, transportation, and utilities
  • Tips box for staff with monthly distribution
  • Bonus up to USD 100 per month based on targets
  • Employee of the Month award of USD 50

Work Arrangements:

  • One day off per week
  • Three-year contract duration
  • Vacations every 1.5 years for 30 days with company-funded leave tickets

  • Accommodation located in a private compound near the airport
  • Required nationality: Any, excluding Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and African nationalities due to visa unavailability
