Aerial Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Aerial Data Analyst to analyze data collected from UAV platforms and satellites using specialized tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze aerial data acquired through UAVs and satellites using photogrammetry software such as Pix4D, Context Capture, and Agisoft.
  • Implement quality control measures to validate survey data and ensure accuracy.
  • Integrate thermal, multi-spectral, and LiDAR sensors for specialized data acquisition and validation.
  • Perform georeferencing operations on raster and vector data using QGIS, ArcGIS, and Global Mapper.
  • Work closely with flight operation teams to generate high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives.
  • Develop alignment sheets and finalize drawing layouts using AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
  • Prepare survey reports, presentations, and supporting documentation as per project requirements.
  • Generate inspection reports in MS Word and KML formats for GIS integration.
  • Perform ground-penetrating radar (GPR) data collection and analysis for underground utilities and structural assessments.
  • Deliver data products and results on time and with expected quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to produce high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Survey, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven experience working with different UAV platforms and types of sensors.
  • Previous experience with photogrammetry software.
