Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpentery Team Lead to oversee and supervise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters on construction sites
- Ensure timely completion of all carpentry tasks and maintain high quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and organize work effectively
- Train new team members on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools needed for carpentry work
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and report any issues or concerns
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting building plans
- Knowledgeable in various types of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions and provide constructive feedback
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Valid visa sponsorship for employment in Oman
This is a full-time position requiring dedication and expertise in carpentry and leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
