  2. Providing exceptional service to guests, adhering to established standards.
  3. Effective billing and cash handling procedures.
  4. Ensuring seamless opening and closing operations.

In-Room Dining

  1. Communicate clearly with hosts regarding non-availability of items.
  2. Deliver F&B to Butler stations, setting up according to established standards.
  3. Collect dirty clearance from Butler stations.
  4. Handle cashiering duties in accordance with policies and procedures.

Bar Services

  1. Inventory management, ensuring part stock is available and well-maintained.
  2. Familiarity with standard recipes and preparation methods.
  3. Maintaining product quality by monitoring inventory levels.

Banquet Services

  1. Setting up and additional mise-en-place requirements.
  2. Providing excellent service to guests, meeting established standards.
  3. Cleaning and maintaining equipment in assigned areas.
  4. SUPERVISING casual workers to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

  • A diploma/degree in hospitality with preferable previous experience in Food & Beverage departments within a hotel.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Polite and sophisticated communication style.
  • Multiple language ability considered an asset (Arabic desirable).
