We are seeking an experienced MEP engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our interior design and fit-out projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing comprehensive MEP systems that meet project specifications and regulatory standards. You will also conduct detailed load calculations for various systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, ELV, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications using advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
  • Perform site inspections and audits to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management
  • Proven track record in interior design and fit-out projects
  • Experience in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related tools is essential
