Sales and Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to drive growth and expansion in the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to our company's success.

1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market to drive growth and expand our market presence.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
3. Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, and use this information to refine our marketing strategies and sales plans.
4. Presentation and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaboration and Representation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and sales plans, and attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and build connections.

1. Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the real estate industry, is essential for this role.
2. Industry Knowledge and Customer Insight: A strong understanding of the local real estate market and consumer behavior is crucial for success in this position.
3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

5. Education and Language Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred, and fluency in English; and native Arabic is required.
