Job Title: Civil Engineer Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Draftsman to join our team. This role involves creating accurate technical drawings for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in preparing civil drawings for construction and infrastructure projects.

  1. Prepare detailed drawings of roads, buildings, utilities, and other infrastructure projects.
  2. Develop site layouts, sections, and details as per engineering instructions.
  3. Update and revise drawings according to project modifications or engineer's feedback.
  4. Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure drawing compliance and accuracy.
  5. Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of drawings for BOQ.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITI certification in Civil Draughtsmanship or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in preparing civil drawings (roads, buildings, utilities, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and survey data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be ready to work in Oman or currently based in Oman.

  • Knowledge of Omani regulations and applicable construction standards.
