About the Role

The Investment Banker - M&A Specialist will be responsible for the integrity of valuation analyses and transaction models developed in concert with clients and third-party reports. This individual must have excellent analytical skills and be adept at preparing business proposals and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity of valuation analyses and transaction models.
  • Develop sector-specific knowledge quickly and analyse financial, economic, regulatory, and strategic factors.
  • Prepare business proposals, financial analysis, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with clients and third-party reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.
Requirements
  • MBA/Chartered Financial Analyst or Equivalent Qualifications.
  • 2-3 years experience in core advisory function with an investment bank or equity research house.
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment.
