Senior Assurance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our assurance team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.

About the Role

This is a client-facing position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. As Senior Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development
Requirements

  • Line management experience
