Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Banking Specialist to join our team at Muscat Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets for retail products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for retail products and services.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for retail products and services by selling to customers within the branch.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell e-Banking registrations, credit cards, investment schemes, and other relevant products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including operational policies and procedures.
  • Sales Orientation: Proven sales ability with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
