About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Backend Systems to join our team at Onsor Technologies LLC. As a key member of our web development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the entire web development lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend and frontend web application components.
  • Providing technical direction and guidance for frontend, backend, and DevOps processes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing server-side applications.
  • Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.

Additionally, you should have strong understanding of database management and API development, as well as experience with responsive and adaptive design.
