Barista Position

**Job Overview:** We are currently seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will interact with customers, take orders, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods.
• Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and measurements.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements:***

• High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass preferred).
• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
