Technology Architect Job Description

We are looking for a talented Technology Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex CRM systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in architecting and implementing highly integrated CRM systems, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.

  • The Technology Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Unified Service Desktop hosting multiple banking applications on a single platform.
  • They will work closely with CRM SI partners to create and review target technical architecture blueprints, ensuring compliance with bank guidelines and project objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include defining technical requirements, performing hardware and network sizing and capacity planning, and conducting security risk assessments.
  • The Technology Architect will also drive performance engineering activities, lead architecture and infrastructure analysis, and determine application support strategies.
  • They will work with support teams to determine system performance and project management, and collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads to review estimates and solution plans.
