Job Title: Data Center Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced data center solutions specialist to lead our sales and presales efforts in Oman.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies. They will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure up-to-date data center solutions, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and developing and presenting tailored solutions and demos.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure the latest data center solutions are available and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Solution Development: Develop and present customized solutions and demos that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oman, creating roadmaps and strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and solutions with vendors and clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Escalation and Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment, build partnerships with vendors, and handle escalations efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data center sales or presales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams, and knowledge of the Oman market is a plus.
