Custom Garment Creator

We are seeking an experienced Personal Fashion Designer to create custom garments that reflect our clients' personalities and lifestyles.

The ideal candidate will utilize both hand-drawing and digital design techniques to sketch and present design options, offering fabric swatches, color palettes, and silhouette recommendations.

You will research fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to conceptualize innovative designs, creating mood boards, sketches, and digital designs that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.

Selecting fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims that align with design aesthetics and seasonal trends, you will create or coordinate production of garments, working with pattern makers, seamstresses, or in-house tailors.

You will develop prototypes and oversee sample making with pattern makers and tailors, attending fittings and making necessary alterations to samples for final approval.

Sourcing high-quality fabrics and materials, you will negotiate with suppliers to secure the best options that meet our clients' needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field to ensure a strong foundation in fashion principles.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal styling or custom fashion design, showcasing a proven track record of successful client transformations.
• Fluency in English.
• GCC Experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and build client rapport effectively.
• Highly creative with an eye for detail, able to conceptualize and bring unique fashion ideas to life.
