Project Director

A seasoned project manager is sought to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of completing projects on time.

• Oversee the entire construction project from planning to completion
• Develop project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Manage project finances and monitor expenses
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
