Job Description

This role involves the execution of first-line and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting of specialized instrument and control systems. The tasks include detailed and independent execution of root cause analysis, trend analytics, and collaboration with vendors to optimize equipment and system reliability and availability.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Execute assigned general control and automation activities in a safe and operational manner.
  2. Provide specialist inputs for control and automation equipment applications and problem-solving.
  3. Calibrate, troubleshoot, and analyze field control and automation equipment during abnormal conditions.
  4. Carry out diagnosis of various meters and analyzers' types' application and operation maintenance, and estimate the effect when parameters change.
  5. Maintain and monitor performance of all alarm and shutdown detection devices and equipment.
  6. Test and inspect all control and automation, fire and gas, ASD etc equipment.
  7. Apply Field Change Proposal (FCP) system to improve all general control and automation performance.
  8. Record all preventive and corrective maintenance findings, breakdowns, feedbacks, and improvements in SAP.
  9. Provide feedback and improvement inputs on Maintenance Craft Procedures and Maintenance Plans to the Maintenance Support Department.
  10. Provide commissioning assistance and support for rejuvenation or new projects.
  11. Deputize as Maintenance Supervisor in the incumbent's absence.
  12. Evaluate, implement, modify, and troubleshoot standard and complex control system architectures that include field measurement, safety system, third-party integration, advanced process control, real-time optimization, process control domain security infrastructure, data historian, and integration with business applications.
  13. Evaluate, configure, modify, and troubleshoot other types of monitoring, control, and safeguarding systems.
