Job Description:

As a key member of our hospitality team, your primary responsibility will be to create innovative and original cocktail recipes that push the boundaries of flavor and presentation. You will also provide impeccable service with a smile, connecting with guests on a personal level and exceeding their expectations with your intuitive suggestions.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and original cocktail recipes that showcase your expertise in mixology.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and all necessary tools, ensuring a seamless flow of service and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate closely with our culinary team to design a tantalizing selection of bar snacks and small plates that perfectly complement your remarkable libations.
• Continuously stay current with industry trends, attending workshops and seminars, and sharing your newfound knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in high-end establishments, showcasing your mastery in mixology and knowledge of classic cocktails.
• A personable and outgoing nature, with an innate ability to engage and build lasting relationships with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection and presented impeccably.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure during peak hours and multitasking with ease.
