About the Job

This dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position requires expertise in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, PCA, chillers, BMS, controls, piping, ducting, VAVs, valves, flow measurement, and related equipment.

  • A Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory for this role.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience; airport operations and facilities maintenance experience is advantageous.
  • The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VAV, VACD, fire dampers, ducting, piping, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, PCA units, smoke exhaust fans, etc.), chillers (air-cooled & water-cooled), cooling towers, firefighting and plumbing systems (pumps, HDPE/PPR piping, water heaters), cold rooms, and chemical treatments.
  • Proven team leadership and personnel management skills are essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with engineering flow systems (mechanical, chilled water, ventilation, etc.) is required.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and report-writing skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and interpret engineering drawings and manuals is key to success in this position.
