Senior Cost Control Specialist

We are looking for a senior-level Cost Controller to take charge of our project's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cost control, budgeting, and project management, as well as a strong background in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of a Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure, establishment of comprehensive cost control procedures, and maintenance of costing philosophy and methodology for the project.
  • Provision of cost support and guidance to the project team, implementation of an efficient invoicing process, and monitoring of invoices in liaison with the accounting department.
  • Preparation of cost control reports, assistance in cost trend analysis, monitoring and assessment of commitments, variations, and value of work done, and verification of invoices and cash calls from contractors and vendors.

This role requires a high level of technical competence, including expertise in SAP systems and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting, Engineering, or a similar field, with at least 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years of experience in a supervisory position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget, while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the project duration.
