We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oil and Gas Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

You will manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing technical support and solutions tailored to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and delivering technical presentations, collaborating with the engineering team, negotiating contracts, and staying updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Provide technical support and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and support sales processes
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions according to client requirements and project specifications
  • Manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business
  • Ensure implementation of projects on time and within budget while focusing on enhancing profitability
  • Resolve customer complaints/feedback, providing technical and engineering support
  • Interact with suppliers for items & quotation discussions, and negotiations
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting all requests and queries promptly

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-12 years of experience in the GCC (Preferably Oman Experience)
  • Specific experience: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly with equipment such as skids, pressure vessels, camps, tanks, porta cabins, etc.
