About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxurious resort.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating between all operational departments.
  • Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Chairing the hotel's safety and sustainability program.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure frequent and impactful operational activations, and assist the Sales team in their efforts and ensure operational coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
