Key Stage 1 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team, with a passion for inspiring young minds in a supportive and dynamic learning environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our students, utilizing continuous provision to enhance their growth and development. They will have high expectations of themselves and their students, both in the classroom and beyond, with a positive outlook and the ability to build strong relationships with all members of our school community.

About the Role
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for Key Stage 1 students.
  • Develop and implement innovative lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of subjects and activities.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified teacher in a relevant setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills, with a focus on early childhood education.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing collaboration and mutual support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
