Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive enterprise-wide risk assessments, synthesizing complex risk data, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Champion risk ownership across business units by empowering VPs and risk focal points, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and treatment of strategic and operational risks.
• Analyze performance indicators against defined risk tolerances, identify deviations, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key departments such as Business Continuity Management (BCM), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Corporate Security to embed risk-aware culture and integrate risk controls.
• Lead the development and submission of high-quality ERM reports, dashboards, and narratives, including monthly updates for executive management and regulatory bodies.
• Support the preparation and presentation of risk insights to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, translating technical risk concepts into strategic implications.
• Ensure all risk reporting and practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, contributing to transparency and accountability.
• Build strong partnerships with Internal Audit to enhance the organization's control environment through risk intelligence and audit synergy.
• Contribute to the enhancement and operationalization of risk governance structures, ensuring they are embedded into business planning, project evaluation, and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Internal Control & Governance, Risk Management, IT Disaster Recovery, and Risk Control & Governance. Additionally, they should demonstrate expertise in Drives Achievements, Creativity & Innovation, Proactivity, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, and Ethics & Compliance.
