Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AI systems and applications that enhance our product offerings. This role involves developing sophisticated algorithms, conducting research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the business. Working with a collaborative team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop AI Models: Design and develop AI models and solutions aligned with client requirements and business goals.
  2. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers: Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
  3. Experiment with New Algorithms: Conduct experiments and prototype new algorithms to push the boundaries of our AI offerings.
  4. Monitor and Evaluate AI Model Performance: Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, implementing improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
  6. Communicate Effectively: Document methodologies and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  2. Experience in AI/Machine Learning Engineering: 3+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering or a similar role.
  3. Programming Languages and Frameworks: Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, with expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  4. Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision Techniques: Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.
  5. Cloud Platforms and AI Services: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  6. Data Preprocessing and Analysis: Ability to work with large datasets and familiarity with data preprocessing techniques.
  7. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  8. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
