**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also interact with customers, take orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities:*
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods.
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and measurements.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
**Requirements:***
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass preferred).
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
