**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also interact with customers, take orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:*

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to customers.
  4. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods.
  5. Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and measurements.
  6. Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
  7. Handle cash transactions accurately.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
  9. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements:***

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
