Investment Opportunities

The role is responsible for identifying and executing investment opportunities across both private and public markets.

The Manager will focus on designing fund strategies, building the deal pipeline, evaluating opportunities, and driving transactions to financial close.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and evaluate direct private transactions, fund concept design, and launch.

Support capital raising initiatives for new products by preparing fund documentation, teasers, and investor presentations.

Conduct feasibility assessments including market research, strategic analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation across asset classes.

Lead full-cycle investment execution including due diligence, internal approvals, negotiations, and closing processes.

Assist in various aspects of portfolio management and deal execution including value creation plans, structuring, contract negotiations, growth projects, IPO readiness, legal, commercial & financial due diligence, and liaising with shareholders, lawyers, and banks.

Maintain strong relationships with unitholders, co-investors, potential investors, legal advisors, banks, brokers, and placement agents.

Generate investment memorandums, board papers, and periodic pipeline updates.

Track macroeconomic trends, capital markets activity, sectoral shifts, and regulatory developments impacting investment decisions.
