We are seeking a Pricing and Performance Manager to lead the development of effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Create and implement pricing models that drive revenue growth, aligning with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to inform pricing decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure pricing strategies support business goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the mobile telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
  • Experience with pricing software and analytics tools.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
