We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. This role involves ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
  • Restock supplies and ensure that all service areas are well-stocked.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time is needed.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed is also required.
