Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant - Neurologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex medical problems and providing expert treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat neurological disorders using various methods, including patient history, physical examinations, and laboratory tests.
  • Counsel patients on their neurological conditions, provide education on available treatment options, and offer support during difficult times.
  • Prescribe and administer medication as needed, while monitoring the side effects and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in neurology, attending conferences, reading scientific literature, and participating in continuing education programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong educational background in medicine, including a Bachelor's degree and a Doctor of Medicine (DM) or Postgraduate degree in Neurology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in clinical neurology, with a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • A valid medical license from the Ministry of Health (MoH) or equivalent regulatory body, depending on your location.
