Key Responsibilities
  1. Decorate cakes according to customer requests, incorporating custom designs, themed cakes, and intricate decorations.
  2. Work with fondant, buttercream, royal icing, and other decorating techniques to create stunning cakes.
  3. Sculpt and shape fondant and gum paste to create figures, flowers, and decorative elements.
  4. Masterfully apply piping, airbrushing, stenciling, and hand-painting techniques.
  5. Evaluate and enhance cake design ideas in collaboration with customers and the bakery team.
