Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Science Team Lead to manage our distributed team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio. As a team lead, you will be responsible for organizing and leading the team's processes to achieve its objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include managing a distributed team of engineers, conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, identifying and measuring team health indicators, interacting with a vibrant community, reviewing code produced by other engineers, attending conferences to represent our company and its MLOps solutions, mentoring and growing your direct reports, and working from home with global travel for internal and external events.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of professional experience in software delivery
  • Professional Python development experience, preferably with a track record in open source
  • A proven understanding of the machine learning space, its challenges, and opportunities to improve
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
  • An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university

Our Offer:
