Visionary Project Director

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of software projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget and meet the desired quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project. Additionally, they should possess strong English language skills and at least 5 years of experience in project management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Representing the company to clients and maintaining close communication with both parties.
• Executing delegated projects, ensuring compliance with established work methodologies and contracts.
• Identifying and managing project scope, dividing tasks into manageable chunks and assigning them according to skill sets.
• Planning and monitoring project tasks, assuming velocity per resource and reacting early to deviations within budget constraints.
• Maintaining activities within budget and phase constraints, without increasing scope and adhering to previously established methodologies.
• Monitoring project payment plans and warning about potential non-compliance risks or cash flow issues.
• Reporting project status to clients and stakeholders according to established formats.
• Justifying and negotiating changes, proposing alternative plans that are viable in terms of time, scope and budget.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / MS Project.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desired).
• PMP or similar project certification (desired).

Experience in managing software projects is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the triple constraint methodology.
