The role involves designing APIs, managing customer-specific contexts, and integrating with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Implement and fine-tune AI models like ChatGPT to cater to customer needs.
• API & Integration: Develop and deploy RESTful APIs to integrate the application with CRM systems.
• Database Management: Design databases to securely store and retrieve customer contexts.
• Testing & Deployment: Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of the application.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end teams and backend for seamless functionality.

Job Requirements:

1. Programming: Expertise in Python and .NET (C#, ASP.NET).
2. AI/ML: Experience with ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
3. API Development: Proficient in RESTful APIs and CRM integrations.
4. Database: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
