Tourism Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking guests. As a Hotel Guest Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and support throughout their stay or travel experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred but not necessary.

• Welcome and assist Italian-speaking guests upon arrival at the hotel or airport.
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, excursions, and local attractions.
• Support clients with check-in/check-out procedures when needed.
• Handle guest complaints or service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate daily with hotel staff, tour guides, and transportation providers.
• Maintain records of client feedback and report to supervisors.
• Translate documents and assist with communication between guests and non-Italian-speaking staff.
• Promote additional services or excursions to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
• Ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and friendly approach.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule – availability to work weekends and holidays.
