**Lead Golang Software Engineer, Commercial Systems**

Job Description:

As a Lead Golang Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing engineering solutions using Golang and leading technical design, code reviews, and implementation. You will also deploy and operate team-developed services, mentor colleagues, and promote best engineering and organizational practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing software applications using Golang
  • Leading technical design and implementation of projects
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing career development feedback
  • Deploying and operating team-developed services

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background from high school and university
  • Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations
  • Experience with Golang development
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with a commitment to meet deadlines

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Performance engineering and security expertise
  • Experience in accounting, sales, or business roles
