Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Specialist. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and brands.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop customized proposals and media plans based on client objectives.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase DOOH solutions and demonstrate value propositions.
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed them where possible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in media, advertising, or digital industries (DOOH experience is advantageous).
  • A strong network of advertising agency and direct client contacts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising trends and technology.
