About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Brand Manager/Brand Representative to lead our sales team in Oman/Gulf market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share for the brand's heavy/construction equipment.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and support to customers.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market, with prior experience working in the region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
