About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Brand Manager/Brand Representative to lead our sales team in Oman/Gulf market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share for the brand's heavy/construction equipment.
- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and support to customers.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market, with prior experience working in the region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
