Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney to provide expert legal advice and support on various corporate and real estate matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Conduct Due Diligence: Investigate companies and properties, including financial statements, business operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and Review Contracts: Create and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to corporate and real estate transactions.
• Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates related to corporate laws, securities regulations, and real estate laws.
• Assist in Dispute Resolution: Help resolve legal disputes and litigation related to corporate and real estate matters.
• Identify Legal Risks: Assess legal risks associated with corporate and real estate transactions and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the corporate and real estate industries.
