We are seeking a skilled Structural MIG cum Arc Welder to join our team at Reliance Engineering Services LLC.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different welding jobs
- Prepare metals and work surfaces for production
- Measure, cut, and drill materials according to specifications
- Test welds for strength and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal training in MIG welding or completion of an apprenticeship
- Familiarity with common MIG welding tools and techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
