Expert Total Rewards & HRIS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute total rewards and HRIS related tasks and initiatives.

About the Role

This is a 1-year extendable contract opportunity that requires a minimum of 12 years' experience in a similar role within a large organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total rewards and HRIS related projects, considering business complexities and geographical distributions.
  • Manage total rewards, employee recognition and communication, payroll, HR systems, and HR projects.
  • Design and implement total rewards and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain people-related ERP solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics using HRIS data.
  • Support regular market surveys and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Development and execution of total rewards and HRIS related tasks and initiatives.
  2. Managing total rewards, ERC, payroll, HR systems, and HR projects.
  3. Designing and implementing total rewards and employee recognition programs.
  4. Maintaining people-related ERP solutions.
  5. Ensuring data accuracy, system security, and efficient workflow processes.
  6. Using HRIS data to analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics.
  7. Providing insights to inform HR and organizational decision-making.
  8. Sustaining effective compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, database management, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of compensation design, market analysis, and pay equity principles.
  • Strong experience in:
    • ERC
    • Policies and Procedures
    • Strategy & Performance reporting
    • People transformation projects
    • ERP solutions
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Planning skills.
  • Forward thinking.
  • Excellent business and technical report writing skills.
