**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Systems Integrations Engineering Manager. This role involves leading a team of software engineers, designing and delivering engineering solutions, and seeking improvements to established processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with popular software systems, integrations technologies, and open-source solutions like Airbyte and Temporal. You will be responsible for mentoring and hiring team members, partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs, and collaborating remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of software engineers and mentoring them to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Designing and delivering engineering solutions leveraging Go, Python, and open-source tools.
  • Partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.
  • Collaborating remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience as a software developer in Python.
  • Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
  • Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
